Our dedicated and honest coaches have many years of experience and a genuine passion for the game. All our coaches are FA/UEFA qualified & most also have smartfootball qualifications, are DBS cleared and hold emergency first-aid and safeguarding children certifications. The coaches ensure a safe, fair and inclusive environment for all our players.

We provide a variety of programmes, ranging from futsal to traditional football. We are committed to providing all our players with the very best coaching and above all else, fun! Our coaching sessions are designed to teach, develop and progress players of all ages and abilities – from absolute beginners to elite level players who have the potential to move on in the game.

Paul Jones


Over 15 years of experience in the Sports and Football Development industry. Paul has previously worked in social inclusion for city councils and professional football clubs, and was most recently the football development manager at the Surrey FA. Since 2016, Paul has been part of the Wales national futsal team coaching staff.

Jan Bech Andersen


A former professional and current majority owner/Chairman of Danish Superliga giants Brøndby IF. Residing in the UK, Jan has an executive background in the shipping / oil industry and sits on various boards

Andy Maciel


Original founder of Go4Goal, expert football coach with over 20 years’ experience of coaching professional and grassroots football. In 2016, Andy was one of three coaches from a pool of over 3000 nominees shortlisted for London Coach of the Year, recognising him as a leading football coach in London.

Why Go4Goal Is For You


At Go4Goal we pride ourselves in the development of coaches. You will become part of the coaching team, either as a casual coach delivering a couple of hours a week, or as a full-time coach benefiting from the knowledge, expertise and mentoring offered by our senior coaches and management team.


Just like our players, we believe that our coaches should also never stop learning. You will benefit from an education in our smartfootball methodology.

What We Look For In A Coach or Apprentice


We are looking for professional and reliable coaches to cover various sessions each week.

This is a perfect role for a student, graduate or someone looking to commit to part time hours, but is equally serious about spent coaching young people. We have the following opportunities:


Saturday morning Development Centre Coaches – (3-4 hours)

School curriculum and after school club coaching

Men’s university coaching (5 hours)

Elite coaching (including 1-2-1, unit/position specific)

Holiday Club coaching (daytime Mon-Fri during school holidays)

Futsal coaching (elite & recreational)

All Coaches must hold FA/UEFA qualifications and hold the obligatory DBS clearance, emergency first-aid and safeguarding children certification.


PLEASE NOTE: We are open to applications from aspiring coaches who have a passion for the game and a willingness to achieve the desired qualifications. Under these circumstances the coach will be paired with a qualified coach to gain valuable experience.
